The owner of this location hires quality people. The staff will learn your name if you are a repeat customer, what you like and youre always greeted with a few hellos and smiles! I enjoy this location because of them and the smoothies.

I was feeling weak and fatigued. Probably to shopping and hitting the gym on little body fuel. Stopped here for a healthy but filling answer to my weak and fatigue feeling. They didn't disappoint! I had a banana boat smoothie it was delicious! I ordered via app. Customer service was excellent. Go by and a smoothie from this location!

The worst smoothie king they always over charge customers, and when I showed my receipt to the manager to show that they overcharged me he just gave me a bigger smoothie cup after I asked for a refund

Good service. Yummy smoothies. They only have company packaged snack foods. I wouldn't suggest this place for a meal unless you want a liquid meal.

worst customer service i have experienced, The manager was so rude to the employee's there was a girl who had messed up on the juices and i understand she's probably new or she just made a mistake and the manager is being so rude to her telling her " i know i trained you , i trained everyone the same way i train you so why do you keep messing up" and it looked like the girl was about to cry such a disgusting manager not only that but i came in about a week later and a girl was asking for the Wi-Fi password minding you on the door it says free Wi-Fi and once again the disgraceful manager had said " if everyone had access to free Wi-Fi then its going to slow down the POS system and then continuously update the Wi-Fi" i have went to the Arlington Smoothie king and the Lakeland Smoothie king and never have i ever heard such a rude and disgusting manager talk like this to kids !! and no one has investigated it or how the Manger is never at the store going on vacations!!!. Last but not least again this manager has no filters the bathroom's are closed to the public so customers cant go, one time i actually talked to the manager and he said they were employee only but while im sitting down i overhear him saying he doesn't pay people to go to the bathroom! im very concerned about this location and how its operating the staff there are very nice and make me feel welcomed but the management there is very corrupt and makes me wonder what is happening behind closed doors! For the safety of the teens working there i feel like someone should look into this matter because this manager was not trained right and should be demoted ASAP.
I went here twice in one day. I had two of the vegan smoothies, and both were excellent.
