“I visit this location, when I tell that the carhop Brianna was an excellent example of good quality exceptional customer service. I literally go to Sonic daily using mobile app. However I have never visited a Sonic and received the quality of customer service that I received from Brianna, I wish she could train all the employees at other locations. Customer service is everything and she did that. I wanted it to be known what a job well done.“

“I don't eat at many fast food places because of (poor) customer service and the lack of vegan/vegetarian options. And I only frequent Sonic like one a year to every other year. However, this particular Sonic WOWED me today. They all seemed so very genuine and friendly. They came around to each car asking if we needed anything.. greeting each person "hello how are you today" (my window was down) My food was HOT & FRESH. Also delivered within 5 mins of ordering (while busy). I'm hoping that the rest of you who had negative experiences give them another chance. Because good help is hard to find these days. And we as people have to be the kindness that we want to see in others. As well as not being so overly critical/ judgmental towards people... not downplaying anyone else's experience. But just simply saying be mindful/give grace. In addition, this was my true experience, prior to reading the previous reviews. Oh and please leave the carhops a decent tip! Blessings to all!!“
“I decided to try the Grilled Cheese 🧀 Burger 🍔 and Medium Tater Tots. I added mustard, mayonnaise, lettuce 🥬 and pickle's to the cheese burger. The app was not working properly so Sheran came outside to assist me. She was very professional, friendly, nice and helpful. When I got home my Grilled Cheese 🧀 Burger 🍔 was missing the mustard, mayonnaise, lettuce 🥬 and pickle's that I checked off on the app. So I added the mustard, mayonnaise to it myself, it tasted ok. It would have been better if everything was the way I requested. Overall it was a good visit because of Sheran, hat's off to her, great attitude.“
“Simple and small order .... had a decent experience except for the speaker box, the mic, or internal person or order equipment being awful with not hearing or understanding even after I started yelling it out .... but the server who brought my food was very nice ☺️“
“This sonic has its days, as all fast food places do, but no matter what, any morning I come to grab something to eat, it is always on point and the service is excellent. There is a car hop named Shane who is always wonderful and so great at his job. This is by far my favorite location to come to!“
