I placed my order and waited about 15 minutes, which was fine. But when it came time to pay, I handed over my money and then had to sit there for another 30 minutes just to get my change back. That’s completely unacceptable. I was honestly about to walk inside myself because it seemed like no one cared enough to bring it out. If it takes half an hour just to hand a customer their change, something is seriously wrong with how things are being run.

i live less than 5 minutes away. i go through one stop light to get to this location. today i ordered a drink & by the time i got home, it was finished. i opened the lid and it was filled to the brim with ice. i feel super petty making this review but i'm irritated because what happened to one scoop of ice? plus i got a medium so why do i have all of this ice? it should be halfway or a little bit above halfway, but to the top?

Listen, the rain was coming down as if we were in the Forrest Gump movie scene! The young lady was sooooo sweet. I had turned off the windshield wipers because I didn't want to add more water on the server. Our order was incorrect and as I shared that with her it looked like a bucket of water fell from out of nowhere! She shivered, smiled, and said I'll be right back. I gave her every dollar in my hand (about 8) for a $7 order! She didn't complain, curse, have a bad attitude, etc.

I got Tater tots and they were filled with grease. when I bit into it straight grease came out… i still ate em though. Have a nice night.
This was the worst customer service experience I have ever received. The girl on the speaker was rude and unprofessional. She then stopped receiving my order until I pushed the button again to talk with the manager. Honestly she was no better. She did not show patience in assuring the order was correct. The food was old and onions rings were hard and unable to eat. I specifically said I wanted the food fresh. The lettuce and tomatoes were withered as if it was placed in a microwave to appear fresh. The food was terrible and I had to throw it away. I lost $23.00.
Worst customer service. Should probably shut down just like the Burger King right next to it. Dumbest workers I’ve ever uncounted.

Why is it that we live in the south, and yet they can’t make decent sweet tea? Everytime I order sweet tea from this place it’s literally just some water with brown food coloring in it, it’s disgusting and honestly annoying.
