I just got home with my smasher burger. Don't ask me what I want on it if you are just going to ignore me. Driest burger I have ever had from Sonic, I asked for no onions & smashers sauce, add lettuce, tomatoes(.30) . I got tons of onions & sauce, no lettuce or tomatoes and the burgers tasted like they were made this morning(so dry!). Threw it away!

I wast wait 15 minutes each time the first was -15 min. The 2nd time was 20 minutes and the server not cooperate, and the first ever happened????????

I placed my order and waited about 15 minutes, which was fine. But when it came time to pay, I handed over my money and then had to sit there for another 30 minutes just to get my change back. That’s completely unacceptable. I was honestly about to walk inside myself because it seemed like no one cared enough to bring it out. If it takes half an hour just to hand a customer their change, something is seriously wrong with how things are being run.

i live less than 5 minutes away. i go through one stop light to get to this location. today i ordered a drink & by the time i got home, it was finished. i opened the lid and it was filled to the brim with ice. i feel super petty making this review but i'm irritated because what happened to one scoop of ice? plus i got a medium so why do i have all of this ice? it should be halfway or a little bit above halfway, but to the top?

Listen, the rain was coming down as if we were in the Forrest Gump movie scene! The young lady was sooooo sweet. I had turned off the windshield wipers because I didn't want to add more water on the server. Our order was incorrect and as I shared that with her it looked like a bucket of water fell from out of nowhere! She shivered, smiled, and said I'll be right back. I gave her every dollar in my hand (about 8) for a $7 order! She didn't complain, curse, have a bad attitude, etc.
