First time eating here. Friendly service, fair prices, good portions, and great taste. Definitely will make another stop here in the future.
The restaurant is somewhat spacious and brightly lit with outdoor lighting. The staff is very attentive and the food is very good. I'm used to getting much larger portions but this is my first time at a restaurant in this area, so I don't know how much is given by others. The price is very reasonable. My only issue is portion size. The Fish and Shrimp order was two small pieces of fish and six shrimp. Amariah was an excellent server. Also, I assumed it was AA owned, but it is not. I enjoyed the food.

I didn't like the cabbage greens or the collar greens the cat fish tasted fine four pieces were only two pieces fish fillets cut in in half !

I came to Memphis for the BBQ, but the food at Soul Fish Cafe ended up being the best thing I had here! Caesar salad with blackened salmon was great, and the sweet potato fries with homemade honey mustard sauce was delicious!

Not bad, but I took one star away because they serve canned collard greens.
Catfish was edible. Hush puppies had hair. Tartar sauce was purely mayo with dill. Nobody in the south breads and deep fries okra. The pecan pie , I don't know how they removed all pecan flavor from the pie. And don't even get me started on that thing they call crust.

The food was absolutely delicious. We had cod fish sandwich and blackened salmon. Add an order of hush puppies and a blueberry cheesecake dessert- yum! The cucumber side was really tasty as well. Service was very good and the pricing was more than reasonable. We’ll be back, even thumb we’re from TX.
