The wife had the Catfish Po-Boy and I had the Catfish nuggets with hush puppies. She said the Po-Boy was ok kinda dry and the Cat Nuggets were decent not enough seasoning for my liking. Now the hush puppies definitely weren’t my favorite they ended up in the garbage. Sure they’ll be for someone’s taste buds
Food was excellent, in fact this is the go to spot for shrimp or crawfish po boys. I'm from the Georgia coast(Savannah) so it's very hard to impress me in Memphis with shrimp, at all. This place just gets it. White beans as a side. It's hard to get excited about such a common side but let me tell you, they are some of the best I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned with just a hint of heat to let you know the chef didn't take any shortcuts here. I love a place...
I tried the southwest salad with shrimp. It was good. The shrimp was plentiful. I tried a catfish dip with chips and it was pretty good I will try it again. The service was excellent as well
