I received my chicken. It was cold. It was old and a dog going shame.

At first I was ordering online and getting the food delivered! Always good! One bad batch of fish… I would have continued ordering until I saw who the cooks were who came out to smoke and was looking sooooooo dirty they looked like crackhead homeless ppl. Hands were filthy I almost threw up when I saw who made my god And haven’t returned since but the food was great but after that site I can’t stomach it

I paid $22.83 dollars for two piece catfish and received a box full of fried okra I’ll never buy anything from them again and I’m going to make sure non of my fellow nurses and doctors don’t buy anything from them. This guys are soul food highway robbers in the name of Soulsville kitchen. What a shame!!!

The atmosphere inside the store, and outside the store could be better. Some of the people scare me. For example, they seem to intentionally say mean things out their mouth, and then play it off like they are not direction what they just said towards you.

Whew i see why they reviews is rated 2.0...service was slow..i saw her write my order down and they still messed my order up..i said no mayo/mustard ..these mfs mix it together to make a new sauce and put it on there.i aint want ts‼️ and it took them damn near 45 minutes...oh and they forgot my wings...my little ass wings *as u can see in the picture*....south memphis at its finest

Love how they waited half an hour to cancel my order and you cannot contact the store by their listed number. Can’t beat that type of customer service!

This is the nastiest Shyt I ever tasted

The lunch order was for CATFISH SANDWICH COMBO with slaw and tartar sauce on the side, WITH SIDE OF SEASON FRIES. We didn’t receive any slaw or tartar sauce. The fries, bread, and fish were dry and not seasoned. Tried calling them but the number didn’t work. Will never eat or recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed ?
