Amazing, amazing customer service. Courteous and professional staff. They were very swift and I didn't remain in line ling at all. The store was clean and well organized. Great service overall

The line for the other Starbucks at the corner was wrapped around the building. I remembered the Kroger Starbucks location so I made the turn and headed there. Upon entering, there was only one person in line. I haven't had a frappe in over a year so I was surprised to see the limited menu options. I chose the grande Caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino blended. It's listed as: Buttery caramel syrup blended with coffee, milk and ice, then topped with a layer of dark caramel sauce, whipped cream, caramel drizzle and a crunchy caramel-sugar topping. The barista was very sweet and took my order quickly. I was very happy with the selection.

Mkay every time I go to this one my drink is BOMB AF and the customer service is always great. I don't know who hires these baristas but keep doing your thang!

The young lady working by herself was very professional, sweet and attentive. She is a great multi-tasker from observing her assisting other customers before myself. She was proficient as well as providing outstanding customer service. She had a very pleasing personality and spirit. Make sure she knows she's an asset to your company (Starbucks). I was extremely pleased with my drink order and my lemon loaf that she warmed wothout me asking.

I think most of us know what Starbucks tastes like, and even in this age of glorifying mom and pop or boutique shops, it's nice to have something familiar... okay I'll be honest I'm simple, I like my coffee bitter... very very bitter, and the burnt roast espresso they have is to my liking, I've tried finding other places but... here I am. Run on sentence aside this location is convenient. The morning commute has me stop by the ever popular Poplar/Highland location, which almost always has a line and packed like sardines inside as well. I'll rate that that location is probably the most cozy in the whole city, but it's not fun having to wait over 20 minutes in line. Luckily just a 2 minute walk away... obviously faster by vehicle is Kroger's Starbucks. Same coffee and the people that operate it are really sweet. So if you are like me and don't understand the flowery notes, or know how to properly grind and bloom your bean juice - just give me some simple caffeine, I'll take this as my fancy fix. Edit: Oh and if you like coffee-adjacent flavored milkshakes, they have plenty of varieties and am told they do a great job of accelerating diabetus/obesity that here as well.
