So this says that there is a drive-thru however there is not This is a building downtown And you have to find somewhere to park in order to go in. Which doesn't sound terrible until you're looking at what you're dealing with. There's minimal parking and it's quite a walk to get back to your vehicle from going in here. This is not a convenient location.

Broken oven, standard coffee. If you have the option go to alternative location. The one on Union Avenue is much better quality and service.

These people served the drinks quickly which was great because we had a conference each morning. It was so conveniently located near the Peabody hotel. The coffee is good. It filled our needs well.

Poor quality control. think they got everyone's order wrong innfront if me including mine. They didn't add any vanilla syrup for my vanilla latte. Then when they remade my drink it was waaaay too sweet. It was as if the whole crew was new. Not a Starbucks franchise but a Hotel Starbucks connected to the Marriott and it shows. No bathroom available. They have a security guard posted so you do not enter the hotel lobby where the bathroom is. Very common for high security in Memphis stores in general due to the potential for theft.

Hours of operations are wrong.

Maybe I'm just used to other cafés and Dunkin' Donuts, but I did not enjoy my order. My matcha latte wasn't mixed well and tasted like pure milk. The feta cheese, spinach, and eggs wrap tasted like pickles, I swear. I'm not sure if they picked up pickles by accident or the spinach was tart. The outside seating was the only thing I enjoyed, and it wasn't really hot that day!

Unsociable! Staff are busy chatting among themselves and don't hear what you are really saying.
She asked me if I wanted the choc croissant hot or cold. I said coldly.
I got it later.....warm!!
I returned and said I wanted it cold. You even asked me.
Oh yes, she said. That can happen, we assume it must be warm.
Then I said they shouldn't do that and by the way you asked me.
I could get a cold one, then the warm one was thrown away. I thought that was a shame and kept the warm one.

Starbs attached to the Marriott. Security at the door - downtown location, makes sense.I dropped in for a bakery item and some hot water."Oh, I can't get you any hot water, but would you like your bakery item warmed up?"Perhaps I misheard. Ain't getting any younger, and all the rock 'n' roll concerts must be catching up to me. I repeated my request for a cup of hot water."We do not give out hot water to customers."I spluttered. My first instinct was to look around. Was there an influencer filming me, hidden behind the windows? Were the staff doing a prank for social media? I offered to pay for the hot water. The manager came out and shot that down, too."Well, if you can't serve hot water, how do you sell tea, then?""That's different."Ended up leaving empty handed. If this was as a result of regional / corporate insanity, then I applaud the employees for sticking to the bit. That is the only rationale that makes any sense. In the meantime, I advise one to go literally anywhere else, including the multiple midtown Sbuxes that had no problem serving me boilin' hot H₂O.

The rudest people working here but unsurprising for downtown Memphis. Go to the Westin location off Beale, easier parking and much friendlier.
