The parking situation at this location was quite challenging. Upon entering, I found the interior design to be both clumsy and spacious. Unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired. Despite standing at the register for several minutes, I was not greeted or acknowledged by any of the staff members. This lack of attention and hospitality significantly impacted my overall experience.
If you’re stopping by this location, you will be lucky to have Keisha make your drink. She’s going to make sure you enjoy your drink and is happy to do so! Management is also good at this location so give it a try.
Twice I came into Starbucks inside Kroger, I found the staff very helpful, with a great attitude, and the service excellent. I didn't order coffee but one of the delightful breakfast sandwiches. They are delicious. ? My most recent visit to this establishment was yesterday.
