Iced mocha was super bitter. Instead of remaking it I was told to reorder, pay more. Too many pumps of mocha. Took sugar packets Instead and left. That's not Starbucks policy. We're supposed to remake it.
May I just say that the employees at this location are above and beyond amazing specifically speaking about Kevin. He normally works the drive through and is ALWAYS kind and friendly. I drive out of my way to come here for his early morning smiling face!
This was the first time at this location, and the cashier was very polite. As I waited for my order, I was it was ready. Unfortunately, it wasn't made correctly the first time.The barista apologized and passed me my drink. The second drink was perfect!!! Yes, I was indeed delighted.
