We ordered two drinks inside the Starbucks. We ordered a cold brew with no ice and white chocolate mocha and an Ethiopian coffee with milk and sugar free vanilla. After 25 minutes waiting and having to ask them to make the Ethiopian coffee, we discovered that BOTH drinks were wrong! The cold brew was plain with ice and the Ethiopian was plain. They offered to remake them but after waiting 25 minutes, we did not have time to wait any more. This is the worst Starbucks we have ever visited. Sad to only order 2 things and error rate was 100%. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
This was the worst Starbucks experience. We ordered two drinks and after waiting 25 minutes and having to ask for one of them to be made, we discovered both drinks were wrong. We did not have time to wait for them to be remade because we were already late after waiting 25 minutes. Both drinks were totally plain and the one ordered with no ice was made with ice. How can you get 100 % of an order incorrect?
Forgot the iced caramel macchiato was really great. Asked me if I want an extra shot of espresso. I said no they said no problem. Service was great. Didn’t even have to wait that long in the drive-through

Large footprint with plenty of seating inside and on the patio. Also, there are plenty of coffee beans and merchandise to buy.
Vegetarian options: The Impossible breakfast sandwich is our favorite
Kid-friendliness: Yes, kids are welcome
Wheelchair accessibility: Door access is not ADA. Someone would have to hold the door. Looks like Starbuck's in this area is making upgrades

All around great service, very kind staff. Drive thru and mobile app orders take priority over in store orders. If you order in store, you may be waiting a little while.

This Starbucks is at the perfect location but man is it SLOWWW. Every single time it is a 25 plus minute wait in the drive thru. I’ve even gone inside to grab my items instead. The workers are moving and grooving but it still takes forever. Drinks are hit or miss- consistency is lacking. You think I would learn my lesson and not return.

I wish the manager would clean this location up and talk to the staff. The staff is always rude and inside is always dirty. The I-240 location is clean and staff is always so polite!

They need new baristas asap or get the old ones back, my drinks are never right at this location.
Order my coffee there every morning. Only had a mix up once . Someone stole my coffee off the front counter. So I just order thru the drive through now .

For whatever reason 90 percent of the time whenever I order a refresher it is always watered down!! I complained about this more than once and I was told from one of the workers to ask for it with light water, extra base, even though I don’t understand why I would have to order like this just to taste normal like any other location makes them. I ask for this today and it’s still watery. Can we please get someone in there to demonstrate how to properly mix refreshers. Very annoying and time consuming to drive to another location.

The Baristas were not rude, but not kind either. And due to the incompetence of the store we had a negative experience that will keep us from returning. We ordered a medicine ball tea and tall black coffee, and were hoping to get our drinks soon. We waited and listened for our name, but it was never called. After about 5 minutes we checked a couple of the drinks and tried to flag a staff person politely, but were not able to get their attention. After about 10 minutes, we finally were able to ask about our drinks and found that they had been sitting on the counter (the name was never called). I left and found that my black coffee was watered down and weak, so I returned to exchange it for another, which was the same. I keep telling myself that I should not return to Starbucks. Future self, please listen!
