Don’t like to give negative reviews but unfortunately I haven’t had the best experiences here. Every time I’ve been at this location, it’s been at least a 20 minute wait. Yesterday, I was the only car in line and it still took fifteen minutes. Additionally, the workers aren’t the nicest - yesterday my visit consisted of an employee snapping at me when I tried to make sure my order was correct? Not a great experience so probably won’t be returning here :(

I would like to acknowledge Oliver. This barista turned my Frappuccino mishap into a Frappuccino success. This barista was so knowledgeable and helpful. I’m so thankful! Thanks Oliver!!!

We ordered two drinks inside the Starbucks. We ordered a cold brew with no ice and white chocolate mocha and an Ethiopian coffee with milk and sugar free vanilla. After 25 minutes waiting and having to ask them to make the Ethiopian coffee, we discovered that BOTH drinks were wrong! The cold brew was plain with ice and the Ethiopian was plain. They offered to remake them but after waiting 25 minutes, we did not have time to wait any more. This is the worst Starbucks we have ever visited. Sad to only order 2 things and error rate was 100%. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
This was the worst Starbucks experience. We ordered two drinks and after waiting 25 minutes and having to ask for one of them to be made, we discovered both drinks were wrong. We did not have time to wait for them to be remade because we were already late after waiting 25 minutes. Both drinks were totally plain and the one ordered with no ice was made with ice. How can you get 100 % of an order incorrect?
Quick and neat service every single time. Drinks are tasty and their chocolate croissants yum 😋.

Stopped by Starbucks today wasn’t feeling good at all and needed water. Was told I couldn’t get water unless I buy something. Why can’t I just buy the cup of water I didn’t want anything because I was going to eat it or drink anything else that’s why I only asked for water. Won’t spend another dime at Starbucks water is free a cup should be .50 cents
Went to this location to order a frappe around 5:25am they never took my order through the drive through. I waited for 5 minutes and drove up to the window and waited 10 mins … I pulled up and a guy with a pony tail was standing there looking down in his phone. He looked up never acknowledged me and went straight to the back. a young lady came to the front with a ponytail and did the same thing as well. So I blew my horn because I seen other customers in the inside receiving their orders. The staff just looked at me and walked off as if I wasn’t sitting there trying to place my order at the window. They purposely ignored me. I also raised my window down that didn’t work either. Customer service trash I wouldn’t treat a dog that way. I’m a regular and I will no longer spend my coins here.

Young blonde in the drive thru needs training all over again . Her customer service was terrible and she has no sense of urgency. She’s probably best just cleaning restrooms not being up front with guest
Disgusting coffee. Consider alternative location. I ordered a tall white chocolate mocha hot. It taste like filtered hot water. Never had a location to make it this badly.

I went in yesterday with my friend to order a drink. As soon as we got there the customer service was off. The barista up front complained about customers still coming in and said it loudly so we could clearly hear. She didn’t greet us and continued talking to her coworker about customers. This was all while my friend and I were awkwardly waiting. It was very unwelcoming and unprofessional. I have worked various food jobs before my career and I have never been mean to customers especially IN FRONT of them.

Large footprint with plenty of seating inside and on the patio. Also, there are plenty of coffee beans and merchandise to buy.
Vegetarian options: The Impossible breakfast sandwich is our favorite
Kid-friendliness: Yes, kids are welcome
Wheelchair accessibility: Door access is not ADA. Someone would have to hold the door. Looks like Starbuck's in this area is making upgrades

All around great service, very kind staff. Drive thru and mobile app orders take priority over in store orders. If you order in store, you may be waiting a little while.
