so why is the rest of the world wearing mask but Steak N Shake employees are not ? Also, made an order and all burgers were no mayo . I get home and EVERY SINGLE ONE I ORDERED HAD NO MUSTARD .. THEY ALL HAD MAYO ! I won't be back. This location was once amazing, but now it is just sad .

I hadn't eaten here in a very long time, due to my last experience which was horrible to say the least. I ate here this past Saturday, and I much say the food was hot, and very tasty. I can say that you can tell there has been changes to this establishment just by how delicious the food tasted.

Horrible drive thru experience, out of large cups, only had small cups.They were also out of ketchup packages, sold me cold fries ? but no ketchup. Young, inexperienced cashier at the window. I would not recommend their drive thru. Service was horrible.

They didn't want to answer the phone for my online order then they kept giving away my food to the drive through patrons. I saw them keep taking out of my bag to put into different ones then pass them out of the window. Took almost an hour. Food was good though.

Honestly you're better off buying the stuff at home and cooking it yourself. Wait was over 30 minutes and when we got our food it was cold and not correct. Not to mention the lady working the drive thru had a very horrendous attitude. I'm typically not one to turn into a Karen but geez.

THEY DONT ACCEPT WALK-UPS .THEY ONLY HAVE DEIVE THRU AND WOULD LET US ORDER FOOD LIKE HOW D***
Food wasnt received correctly upon ordering.Did not ring me up for two kid meals(so kids did not receive drink)Hot dogs and fries were coldAnd apparently instead of telling me they were out of hotdog buns they give us 2 hotdogs on slices of bread. I feel like they charged me way too much for the quality of food I received. Used to be my family's favorite place but over the past 2 years it has crashed and burned in my opinion.

I arrived at closing time on the dot! I wasnβt aware Steak n Shake closed at 9 pm! Well I gotta say I pulled up to the window and the young lady that greeted was very polite. I apologized for coming at closing time. My wife and I have been on the road for 12 hours coming out of Austin TX. Anyway, the young lady I believe she said her name was Sham insisted I give her my order. What an awesome thing to do she could have sent me on my way. She was so gracious I just wish more people were like her! Thank you again Sham and the rest of the crew! A+

Food was nasty service is terrible! The food had a old grease taste to it! It was terrible! The young lady that Was in the window was rude and lacked customer service! She came off as if she didnβt want to be there! When she gave my my change she didnβt really stick her hand out the window I had to lean out of mine! Then when she handed me my order literally wasnβt putting forth any effort to hand it to me. I had to lean out my car to get my drinks and had to figure out which was which because she let me know anything. I asked for salt and ketchup she whispered itβs in your bag made a face and closed the window! There wasnβt any salt in my bag! It was a terrible experience
