The food was amazing!! We went for dinner and absolutely loved. it The steak in the hibachi was perfectly seasoned. The sushi was so good. The asian buns were delicious too. I definitely recommend getting those if you’re looking to try something new. The service was above and beyond! Everyone was friendly and they took the time to write a list of things for us to do in town that night when we mentioned we were tourists. Anyone in Memphis should definitely stop by stix!!

I ate there about four times a week. It’s always the same. It’s always great. I eat the salmon or sometimes I get the steak and it’s grilled and they had vegetables and rice and they have a dynamite salad and salad dressing.

The general manager is extremely rude and Bias. I was in line waiting to place my lunch order. The cashier saw a white man come in after me and proceeds to take his order before mine. I understand that mistakes do happen but when I tell her, she began to be rude and tell me that she is the general manager. I do not support businesses that do not treat all customers the same no matter race or sex.

A nice brisk 4 minute walk from Beale and South Main Street, this restaurant is a blink and you'll miss it. Typically it's not crowded and its a seat yourself establishment (something I LOVE) The food is of excellent quality and it surprisingly isn't a long wait for your food. Me and my wife received our meals in about roughly 10 minutes after ordering. I'd you have a taste for Asian cuisine, then STIX is your go to!

When I say they do not miss a beat, I always come in either 30 min to close and my food is fresh and made with love. The service is also the best regardless of the time, the crew is always sweet and any manager there is hands on with helping. I come so much Marquez (forgive me if I spelled it wrong) greets me by order and name, and he takes pride in what he makes. Perfect sushi every time! Today I forgot to add crunchies but they still added them. THANK YOU STIX always the best. From the small memos on the bag to the writing on the walls!!!
The server was very nice. I liked how she remembered my name. That was a nice touch. The food was just ok. I will have to go back to try something else. I had the Diablo shrimp hibachi and it was not spicy to me. The vegetable were cold. The crab wontons were fried a little to hard. I will give them another try and try the sushi next time.

Couldn’t say enough good things about this place. Was visiting Memphis with my girlfriend and she was craving sushi. The kind individuals working at the store were patient enough to explain menu items that I was unfamiliar with and were a great vibe. Though all the employees were great, a man named Marquez(not sure if I spelled this right) was professional, courteous, and energizing! I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting much but it ended up setting my new bar. Thanks. Also solid prices.

Honestly way overpriced and the food was subpar. The fried rice was so overpowered by sesame oil its all I could taste. The California roll I ordered was 90% rice had so little avocado I had to order a side of it. The vegetables were soggy and took up most of the plate. The steak was chewy and overdone. Would not return again.

This is a fantastic spot downtown! Everything from the fun atmosphere to the food is top notch. When I was working downtown, I would often drop by on my lunch break as a sweet little escape from the office. The staff were Always nice and the Dynamite Chicken was always amazing. Highly recommend.

We tried Stix for a quick dinner this evening. We tried the crab rangoons, egg roll, and chicken Lo Mein. We also tried the frozen saki & a local breweries pilsner for drinks. All very tasty.
