Visited Flying Saucer Draught Emporium at the Peabody Place location in Memphis with two coworkers and left with mixed but mostly positive impressions.
I ordered the Whiskey Burger without bacon, and the whiskey cheddar came through nicely while the blackberry compote was subtle, more of a background sweetness than a bold flavor. The patty itself was cooked well and the bun held up.
