If I could give less stars I would I stood inside the store for almost 15 minutes with nobody else there yelling hello finally a young girl comes out and has a terrible attitude like I interrupted the phone call that she stayed on while she attempts to make my food. I say attempts because I had to tell 3 times what I wanted remember the phone call? The sandwich was absolutely terrible. I haven't been to Subway in years and now I remember why.

This is my second visit Subway @ Saint Francis. The man had a nasty attitude first visit telling me what I said. This time I paid $9.32 for Foot long Blk Forest ham slighted meat. The area for dressings looked messy both visits. Although they were close to bottom of pan with pictures of other veggies. I stopped by cafeteria dining room to eat, not a napkin in sight. I was so hungry I just blessed it and ate half. My son is in the Hospital and love Subway. They never have to see me again.

I had lunch at this establishment inside of St. Francis Hospital. It was extremely nice, clean, spacious, and comfortable. I ordered my food and sat at a booth. The staff was nice and very professional, the food was fresh and delicious.

The location is not convenient for pick-up orders.
Very poor customer service. There were only 3 customers in line they rushed and made my sandwich with extremely minimal toppings. He put a pinch of lettuce on it. I asked for more and as you can see, I got 3 more slivers of lettuce!!! It's lettuce!! Stop being cheap!! Jersey Mike's would never serve a sandwich looking like this!! They also need to learn how to talk and treat their paying customers better!

We had an order requested for delivery. Door Dash unexpectedly cancelled it and told us to call the store for the reason why. I called the store and the owner was so rude and told us it was our problem we didn’t get the food and not his. When I confirmed that he had the cancelled order, I asked if they would just let us come and pick it up since we had paid for it and had spoken to the door dash driver and she confirmed that there was confusion over delivering. He told us no and to go to another subway and hung up on me. So we spent $60 on subway and didn’t have it delivered, unable to pick it up, and are not receiving a refund.

I haven't eaten at a Subway in a long time although it used to be one of my go to places. Despite the new menu items and celebrity commercials, iit still tasted like the same o same o. Was not impressed at all.
