It could have been a whole lot better than it was. The cheese sauce that I had was old. The chips were old and stale. Taco Bell is one of my favorite restaurants, but if I continue to get food like this, I have to find myself a new favorite restaurant.
Employee Jessica said she had just started after getting smart because I asked what came with a certain meal because I couldn't see it (due to blurry vision from a disability). Manager confirmed that Jessica was lying and had worked there for a while. Manager also got her off of the drive thru took my order and reassured me that everything would be fine. Shout out to her manager. Jessica should be fired asap or on toilet duty because she's an all over rude and inconsiderate...
Staff was ok as today fast food standards. Don't let using the a screen to order, to me it's less personal, I enjoy interacting with people.
