Experience was completely trash! Was on the waitlist list for 6pm, NOBODY came to tell us anything! We had to wait until 7pm to be seated..this is not the first time this has happened! Highly recommend Mississippi Texas roadhouse...No communication whatsoever!

Management and staff were extremely rude and unaccommodating. We waited OVER an hour for a RESERVATION. False advertisement on the signs outside saying less wait time if calling ahead for seating. When we finally got seated, it was two tables splitting up the group. We said we’d wait longer for a table together and they stated they did not have a table big enough, so my question is, why were we not notified beforehand? They had options online for large group seating and we called twice to confirm, so why were we not notified our group would be split. Waitress was raising her voice and pointing fingers at us when we asked the questions “so why were we waiting over an hour and not notified that they did not actually have a large enough table?” Manager was no help either and blamed us when we simply told him that next time it would be better if they notified guests so we would not be wasting anyone’s time. We understood they were short staffed and busy, however we only had two questions “why were we able to make a reservation if the seating wasn’t actually available?” And “why couldn’t you just tell us the table arrangement before making us wait over an hour for a reservation placed before hand?” but we were met with no help and rude attitudes.

Service was just awful...why? Because we did not get served. We made it here at 7pm sat down at 7:10pm placed order at 7:17pm and at 8:34pm NO FOOD!! BYE! PAY FOR IT YOURSELF!!

I’ve visited more Texas Roadhouse locations than I can think of, in almost every state they exist. I’ve literally lived in Texas for years and ate there faithfully. I’ve have never had such subpar service as I had at this location. The picture I’m posting is a friend of mine’s potato skin plate with the ranch sauce. The bug was COOKED onto the potato skins, under the cheese. If that wasn’t bad enough when we brought it to the attention of the waitress, we were told she’d tell the manager and they’d come talk to us. After about 10-15 minutes of waiting, I flagged down a server and requested said manager’s presence since they hadn’t come yet. Another 15 minutes or so passed and our original waitress stated the manager would remove the skins for our bill. I politely told the waitress I was NOT comfortable consuming the food on my plate and DEFINITELY didn’t want my 3 year old to consume his either. I request all items be removed from the bill but would gladly pay for the food that was consumed. Cactus Blossom, 2 Island Coolers and a kids lemonade. The manager whom was referred to by the waitress was a man. However when we were leaving I did ask a completely different waitress for the manager’s name and was told Rachel. I’m writing this review for Rachel or any other manager that was present TODAY at opening. The audacity to not address the issue at our table as we were paying customers is definitely a reflection of the establishment you’re running. I will be following up this review with a letter. The generic reply isn’t needed nor does it add value to our experience.

My food had a bug in it the manager never came to address the table. I understand things happen, this bug could’ve landed on my food as they were putting it in the oven. But as disgusting as this is, management never took the time to come out a simply say Im sorry you had this experience.

Music was way to loud. We could not hear ourselves speak. We asked the waitress if there was any way they could lower the music and she left and the music got louder. I don't think we will be going back. I will also tell others not to go there.

I used to really love Roadhouse, but the last three visits have been extremely disappointing. I typically order pickup, and each time something has gone wrong.
The first time, my steak was not cooked the way I requested. The second time, they forgot to include the ice cream with my dessert. And today, I only received two rolls with my meal. When I asked about it, the staff member said it’s “two per entrée.” I’ve been coming to this location for years and have never received only two rolls especially when dining in, you’re given much more without even asking.
In this economy, spending $25 should at least guarantee consistency and good service, but instead, I keep getting let down. And to top it off, I was asked to leave a 5-star review. Really?
You all are known for your rolls so why cut corners now? It’ll be a long while before I return

Ordered steak (2 ribeyes) 1 medium and 1 medium well; both came out well done, server said she was going to get manager, manager didn’t come but server came back asking if we were going to eat them… umm no, it’s not what we ordered and where is the manager…. However, whatever! Send steaks back and she bring one back out and it’s cooked EXACTLY like the 1st one and then ask if I wanted it cooked again, NO don’t even worry about it, I no longer want the steak, you couldn’t get it right the 1st 2 times. The entire experience irritated me and I will never come back to this place!

Traveling, walked two blocks from a nearby hotel only to be greeted with a sign forbidding any firearms. I just walked over to the Mexican food place next door. I don’t do a constitutional carry, I have a license to carry.
Other than it being very loud and crowded, we had a good experience.
