They seem to be having service and kitchen issues. Our order got turned in later than the people around us because they received their food 15 minutes before we did and we just had steaks. It took an hour to get our food and it was not great and one steak was not cooked correctly.
I am being nice in giving 3 stars because 3 starts is average and what we received was below average.

Look, the food was really good. I had ribs, mushrooms and baked potato but for Pete's sake, warn people about the butter and let them choose. The butter you serve is terrible. Plain is so much better for potato and bread. It took my review down a notch

Me and my husband came to this TXRH tonight and our server Caijuan was great and had such awesome customer service, The food was also Amazing and the restaurant itself looked very neat and clean! We will definitely be back.
