I visited this location on Wednesday night and ordered food for my daughter. I ordered her a seasoned wing combo. When we made it home she sat down to eat and she told me it was extremely hot. I went back they made the food correctly and I just took it as a fluke mistake. I ordered us both dinner on today (Friday) I tried to place my order in advance on line but they weren’t accepting online orders. I called the young lady placed me on hold for over 5 minutes at which point I decided to just come in and order and the same thing happened yet again. The waitress and I even checked the order first and she verified that they were indeed seasoned wet and not hot. I attempted to call back to notify them of the error but I didn’t receive an answer. When I arrived at the restaurant the same waitress asked what was wrong and I explained it to her. She went to the back and talked to the cook who then called the manager (Taylor) she was so rude as I was trying to explain to her my a daughter bit into the food she was very rude and nonchalant stating that “we can remake the food but I don’t know what else she wants us to do”. I’m guessing that she didn’t know I could hear her but I would’ve liked for this to not have happened but since it did maybe show some compassion or empathy. Needless to say I won’t be patronizing this establishment any more.

Great wings! Got the lunch special and it was delicious. The only odd thing is requiring payment over the phone on carry out orders but I do understand it from a small business perspective

I placed an online order for hot wings and specifically added that I wanted them fried crispy. When I arrived to pick up my order, the wings were clearly not fried hard. I mentioned it to the cashier, and she told me “the wings just came out.” That has nothing to do with them being fried crispy. She then asked if I wanted them cooked longer, which I agreed to.
Another employee came out and asked me if I had even tried to pull the chicken apart first. That was unnecessary—I can clearly see when wings are not fried crispy. The whole reason I ask for crispy is because my last order here was also undercooked. Instead of simply correcting the order, the staff acted like it was a problem for me to ask.
I shouldn’t have to argue to get food the way I ordered it. The customer service was poor, and I won’t be coming back.

We stopped at this place just passing through and maaaaaan is this place good. Its on the smaller side but looks to have airbrushed artwork all around. They have a TON of sauce options that it was hard to choose.
Didn't end up with the wings but the chicken fingers were fantastic. They were cooked just right and there HUGE!!!!
Everything was seasoned perfectly from the chicken to the fries. None of that sprinkled on dust. It was the perfect amount.
We aren't from the area so dont come through often but we will be back next time
As you can see...old fries and very hard fried wings....taste is about a 2 out of 10. The restaurant was clean though.

First time trying Crazy Coop. Ordered the 10 pc Party Wings w/the Crazy Sweet Lemon Pepper seasoning. $27.74 total for the combo. 😲Placed my order online & when I arrived to pick up, it was pretty warm in the building. I'm not sure if the AC was out or if it was due to the high temperatures outside. The presentation of the food was nice. However, the fries were a bit overcooked & the wings were heavily seasoned.

I called in and the person who took my call was so polite. I haven’t had that in a while so it was refreshing to hear someone speak so politely and respectfully while taking my order over the phone. It was pretty quiet when I got there but the restaurant was clean and orderly. The lady behind the counter (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) was the same person who took my order via phone and she was just as sweet in person. She went through my order piece by piece just like she did over the phone and made sure it was correct before I left. I really appreciate the service, she’s ACES with me and I’ll DEFINITELY be coming back!! The fish nuggets were delicious and the wings and okra were awesome!!! 5 STARS
