I placed an online order for hot wings and specifically added that I wanted them fried crispy. When I arrived to pick up my order, the wings were clearly not fried hard. I mentioned it to the cashier, and she told me “the wings just came out.” That has nothing to do with them being fried crispy. She then asked if I wanted them cooked longer, which I agreed to.
Another employee came out and asked me if I had even tried to pull the chicken apart first. That was unnecessary—I can clearly see when wings are not fried crispy. The whole reason I ask for crispy is because my last order here was also undercooked. Instead of simply correcting the order, the staff acted like it was a problem for me to ask.
I shouldn’t have to argue to get food the way I ordered it. The customer service was poor, and I won’t be coming back.

We stopped at this place just passing through and maaaaaan is this place good. Its on the smaller side but looks to have airbrushed artwork all around. They have a TON of sauce options that it was hard to choose.
Didn't end up with the wings but the chicken fingers were fantastic. They were cooked just right and there HUGE!!!!
Everything was seasoned perfectly from the chicken to the fries. None of that sprinkled on dust. It was the perfect amount.
We aren't from the area so dont come through often but we will be back next time

First time trying Crazy Coop. Ordered the 10 pc Party Wings w/the Crazy Sweet Lemon Pepper seasoning. $27.74 total for the combo. 😲Placed my order online & when I arrived to pick up, it was pretty warm in the building. I'm not sure if the AC was out or if it was due to the high temperatures outside. The presentation of the food was nice. However, the fries were a bit overcooked & the wings were heavily seasoned.

I called in and the person who took my call was so polite. I haven’t had that in a while so it was refreshing to hear someone speak so politely and respectfully while taking my order over the phone. It was pretty quiet when I got there but the restaurant was clean and orderly. The lady behind the counter (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) was the same person who took my order via phone and she was just as sweet in person. She went through my order piece by piece just like she did over the phone and made sure it was correct before I left. I really appreciate the service, she’s ACES with me and I’ll DEFINITELY be coming back!! The fish nuggets were delicious and the wings and okra were awesome!!! 5 STARS

The chicken is not good and the cat fish nuggets was fish. They are to high. I paid $8.99 for 3 chicken wings. To get more with the chicken wings you have to pay for it separately. I paid $6.00 for 3 pieces of cat fish nuggets that is to much. I am never going back there and I am not going to recommend anyone to go there. Most of everything there you have to pay for it separately. It not even good. Not only that the chicken was old because when I open it up it was black in the inside. As much as I don't want to say bad things but it's the truth. I am a big supporter when it comes to black business and NO it's not CHICAGO BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE GOTTA MORE WHAT I PAY FOR IF I WAS THERE BUT THAT NOT THE POINT. THE POINT IS THAT I DIDN'T DESERVE 3 pieces cat fish nuggets and 3 pieces of chicken wings with a hand filled of fries small tea for $22 dallors and none of it was good that's my point.

I only came to crazy coop because my favorite wing spot 901 wings was closed. And next time i will just wait because i spent way too much money and nothing comes with fries. The fries are overcooked the wings are fried hard AFTER i even told them not to fry them hard. What i spent at crazy coop i could've gotten way more food and better quality. I mean you don't get a carrot a roll NOTHING with your wings. I will never go back. If you gone be over priced at least have good quality food cause i will pay good money foe good food. Maybe the other locations are better far as the Quality of the food. You should only fry wings hard if the customer request it.

Ordered them for the first time on Doordash and wings was good. I ordered the Four Cheese Roasted Garlic wings and it tastes like pure salt. It’s so salty and don’t taste like Four Cheeses let alone Garlic
