WINGS ARE FANTASTIC, AND THEY FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, NEVER BEEN TO THE RESTAURANT BUT ORDERED ON DOORDASH AND MY ORDER WAS FRESH, HOT, PACKAGED WELL, AND HANDLED WITH CARE. I ORDERED 3 DAYS IN A ROW AFTER I TASTED THEIR FOOD. ONE OF THE BEST WING SPOTS IN THE CITY.

I recently visited The Wing Factory and was impressed. I ordered the honey hot wings with lemon pepper sprinkles and a Kool-Aid. The wings were big and flavorful, and the honey hot sauce was perfect. I was unable to finish the 10 piece wings and fries in one sitting, which means the wings are a good size. The staff was very nice and helpful with the menu since it was my first time. The Wing Factory is right by my house so I will probably make it a go-to spot for the future!

Food is good but very very poor customer service ?????? the lady at the counter Rachel I think it's her name she is very sarcastic, she get a attitude because you ask her questions about the menu, getting smart at the mouth, I will never be back and I'm cool with the owner, I'm very disappointed
