My sister had a roach in her food and she tried to take it back they wouldn’t give her a refund and only wanted replace the food .. they ganged up on each other then yelled and told her no refund

Terrible ? especially the one on Kirby in Memphis . I can’t count how many people found bugs , live roaches , in their food cause you can’t properly handle your food or keep your kitchen clean enough . It was a young lady in there yesterday with the same problem yet yall didn’t want to refund her but cook more of that nasty ahh food . The health department are notified btw .

Only giving one star because a rating is required. Service is absolutely terrible, the staff is beyond rude and they will get aggressive with customers. Sanitation is seriously an issue as well. They have a huge pest control problem.

We ordered Friday, called in and the lady said hello, not Hello This is Tokyo Grille how can I help you, just hello, my husband asks if this was the location she said yes go ahead. At that point we knew better.Drove 25min for it!!We got 2 hibachi chicken and steak, 1 kids meal and an order of sushi.First off I use to love this place!! Hands down best fast food hibachi. Not anymore.First off the steak, didn’t ask me the temp I wanted. And it came in bite sized pieces like kibble n bits! Tough. Not a grill mark in sight like light brown. It reminded me off skirt steak ?.Chicken was dry no sauce or juices like prior experiences.The veggies weren’t veggies it was only THICK SLICES OF ONION!! & a few zucchini shreds. Very few!Everything lacked season & quality.We reheated today & i just spit it out because nope can’t do it, made me ?.Very very unpleasant experience & we broke our diet for this ?; highly disappointing.

I used to love eating here. Their food is awesome!! Covid made them close the dining area, and it’s STILL CLOSED!!! I would love to go there and eat again, if they would reopen the dining area!!

I went in to place a large order for my staff and the staff tried to explain to me that I could not get the eggs that come in the fried rice on the side because they didn’t have the containers to put the eggs in. But then had no issue in telling me that I could order a side of fried eggs since some staff did want eggs in their fried rice. If you don’t have containers to put my eggs on the side, how then can I order a side of eggs?! That makes zero sense, especially when I am placing a large order. I really feel like they either did not fully understand me or just wanted to be difficult. I am so annoyed.Dietary restrictions: This place is not dietary restriction friendly because they want to charge to extra for items that already come with the meal. I ordered 4 trays of food. You can definitely then fry those eggs separated and put them in another container.

Update 07/20/2023...called in order..Memphis Roll and Hutticane Roll!! Absolutely Awful. Both were extremely touch as if had been cooked day before.. Extremely CHEWY!! This definitely was no fresh! Major MAJOR disappointment and waste of $$$. Threw down garbage disposal. Usually pretty good. Am
