Winchester and mendenhall location i called was on hold 15min get here stayed on the phone asked do they except call ins she replied yes ain't nobody in here jus left me on the phone on hold straight bulshitn and still do it smh
They have no BBQ , BUT DEFINITELY HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDE EVER. MESSD UP A ORDER OF 2 double fries then they were rude about it ( it’s extremely unprofessional to talk about guests behind the counter with coworkers or argue with guests when they pay for food and the employees are incapable of preparing it correctly ), Definitely need folks working that aren’t so hateful, disrespectful and rude, oh yes definitely someone Capable of getting an order right.
