I’ve been waiting for them to open in Memphis! Used to frequent their locations in Chicago and Texas and always loved their desserts and macarons. The Guava Danish was something I tried for the first time and I was totally aww! Definitely don’t miss if you have a sweet tooth.

I’m writing this review because what happened to my mom today truly upset me. She stops by this Tous Les Jours often, she buys plenty, and she is always kind and respectful. Today and any other previous visits, she bought A LOT bread and pastries, and she only asked for one small box so the bread could stay in shape, fluffy, and presentable - because she was planning to gift it to someone. That’s it. Just a simple, reasonable request any decent bakery would gladly help with.
But instead of helping her, the young girl working this morning refused to give even the smallest box and treated my mom with such a rude, dismissive attitude. This wasn’t a misunderstanding, this is the second time this same employee has acted this way toward my mom. My mom might be quiet and gentle, but that does NOT give anyone the right to look down on her.
What hurts the most is that my mom walked away feeling disrespected when she did nothing wrong. She wasn’t asking for anything free. She wasn’t demanding anything unreasonable. She just wanted the bread to stay in good shape because she was gifting it. Why was that so hard?
Instead, everything was shoved into one tiny bag, careless and messy. It felt like they didn’t value her time, her purchase, or her kindness at all.
No customer, especially someone as patient and polite as my mom, deserves to be treated like this. Management needs to know what’s happening at this location, because this behavior absolutely does NOT reflect good customer service or basic respect.
I’m extremely disappointed, and until this issue is addressed, I won’t be recommending this location to anyone.

My husband brought home a slice of Blueberry Yogurt Cloud cake from Tous Les Jours, and it’s absolutely the best cake I’ve ever had!! I also tried the strawberry croissant and the mini fried doughnuts, which were equally as amazing.
Disappointed Experience at Tous les Jours
We had a very disappointing visit to this location. The customer service was poor from the start — the cashier got our order wrong and responded with attitude when we pointed it out. The lavender latte looked and tasted nothing like the photo, which was misleading and frustrating.
Additionally, both the bald-headed male staff member and the female barista were rude and dismissive. When we asked about correcting the drink, the barista simply said the sale was final and that it was store policy — which felt utterly unreasonable given the situation.
Overall, we do not recommend this place and will not be returning.

Go early for a bigger selection of bakery items. The Chicken Salad sandwich is one of my favorites and of course their cloud cakes. Everyone enjoyed the baked goods.

I stopped by on a busy Saturday afternoon and was really impressed by the wide selection available. The kimchi pastry was a standout, especially when paired with a pumpkin spice matcha.

So I ordered some pastries to eat here but the lady said to go around and go to the line.
The line was too long so we just decided to eat them cold. When we were at the table already, the lady approached and offered to personally heat them. Great service!

The coffee shop is clean, well-organized, and inviting. They offer a great selection of self-serve pastries and several choices of coffee. Everything we ordered was delicious, and we’ll definitely be back
Best food I had in Memphis! Sweet or savory, they have it. Great atmosphere, prices and service. My favorite was their curry crocket and moshi pancakes!!
