The smoothie and açaí bowl was great but the quesadilla was very nasty. I believe the coworker wasn’t paying attention while she was talking. My cheese wasn’t even melted properly on the quesadilla. So unsatisfied.

I normally have no issues, but today my smoothie didn’t taste how it normally does (not a big deal). I had to come back because they left out a side of chipotle mayo from my order (that I was charged for). When I asked the employee for what I paid for she looked at me very distastefully….almost as if I was lying about missing a simple side of sauce. I don’t know if I’ll be back soon, and I hate that because I really do love what I get from here.

Literally, almost every time I order from them… Which is typically using a delivery service… They leave some thing off my order… I will say I like the food a lot that’s why I continue to order but wow this is not rocket science… I typically try to be an easy customer to deal with because I know that Foodservice can be hard and intense… But wow every time…? Every time.

I order a Bahama Mama and a Blimey Limey. I asked for NO PINEAPPLE. I have an allergy. There were plenty of PINEAPPLE in my smoothie. I am itching and uncomfortable at work. I called to let them know the situation, and the women who answered the phone was very rude and argumentative. She refused to accept the fact that they made a mistake. I said that I would bring it up there to proof. She said " Do that" and hung up in my face. I will be going up there on my lunch break. The smoothie is in the freezer. I mean you can smell the pineapple! SMH... never again.Dietary restrictions: They did not follow instructions on not putting pineapple in my smoothie when I have an allergy.

I’m surprised they’re rated so highly. The smoothies are so sugary, it tastes like there’s syrup added or something. I added whey protein to mine but I’m not sure what they put as the whey protein I didn’t taste it. Not to say it wasn’t there. Overall it just tasted like there was way too much sugar which makes me wonder how much real fruit/vegetables are in the smoothies.

Customer service staff was less than attentive, and improperly labeled multiple items in my order, as well as having an arrogant attitude or outright refusing to speak to me when asking for assistance.
Absolutely the best smoothies. The customer service was the best, even if they cost almost $9.00

The wraps were delicious! I liked the bahama mama. The sunset smoothie just wasn't very good. The orange didn't taste real. Other than that everything else was good.

We had a great experience. The place is clean, they are well staffed, and very efficient. The prices are reasonable, and you have a lot of options. The only downside is the parking lot.
