We had a very nice experience for dinner on a Saturday night. Despite a moderately full restaurant, our server was attentive and the noise level was low. The menu offers a nice selection. We ordered several small plates/appetizers and shared an entree. The highlight of the meal was the spinach salad - so fresh and light and yummy. The seared ahi tuna was very fresh as well. The restaurant ambience is nice but the lighting is very dim. I'm looking forward to the next visit.
Great food. Great service. If you are looking for non-fried seafood in Memphis, this is the best place I have found. The Barramundi fish dish was special. I arrived with the intent to get Tsunami's signature Sea Bass (which my wife loved); however, the way the Manager/Waiter described the Barramundi dish, it "had me at hello". I wasn't disappointed. I'll be back.
Nice space...nice area. However, the dishes were underwhelming. I ordered two appetizers to get an idea for the taste and presentation. The sizzling garlic shrimp were quite small and a little over cooked. The presentation wasn't great, as the shrimp were too small for the skillet they arrived in. Standing prawns in their shell would have made for a better look and quality. Also, the sauce was too thin, so all of the seasoning sat at the bottom of the skillet, giving the...
