My husband and I had breakfast at the Waffle House that was across the road from our motel we were staying at. Very small restaurant limited seating, the lady at the counter welcomed us in, asked if we had carry out or dinning in? We say dinning in. She looks around and says I've got to chairs at the counter. We say we'll take them, we sit and my husband orders coffee and I get a water. He then orders the Grand slam which includes a waffle, two eggs, hash browns and...
Eggs. Idk WHAT they be putting in their eggs but they SOMETHING SERIOUS! Blueberry pancakes on point. Bacon good. Hash browns ask for CRISPY. Their prices are reasonable and whatever it says on the menu includes tax. The one I went to had a leak in the ceiling-they need to get that fixed ASAP. Very ghetto. Nice people. Very friendly. I loved to see my food getting cooked
Came late night around 330 to get food and VICTORIA (A.A. female with really bad red weave) decided to get rude, yell and cuss at me as well as slam the togo window in my face, saying "I said what I said" and walked away talking trash. The younger cook, didn't catch his name, came to the window and although frustrated calmly took my order and began cooking it. The younger girl that was there with Victoria was very polite and trying her best to get her job done efficiently....
