McDonald's is a convenient spot for a quick bite, although customers should be prepared for potential mishaps like missing items or incorrect orders. This location has experienced some issues with service, including a broken ice cream machine and incomplete orders. Despite these challenges, customers have noted that the order accuracy has improved, and the food is served warm. The staff is friendly and polite, creating a positive atmosphere compared to other locations in Memphis. The drive-thru is not often busy, which can be helpful for those in a hurry. Additionally, the outdoor seating is a nice feature that sets this location apart from others, making it a more pleasant experience. However, some customers have mentioned that prices have increased while food quality has not shown improvement.
