The lady who took my order was fast and friendly. I asked for no mustard, and she repeated it back at the speaker. She also verified it at the window, so I know she was doing her job. However, one of her coworkers was not as attentive since my Krystals both had mustard. I was on my way to the airport, or I would have gone back. I'll go back, but I'll double check my order before I leave.
I normally love Krystal burgers. I ordered the pick 5. 4 Krystal with a small fry. The fries were good but the burgers seemed old. The bread was very very soggy and damp as if they has been sitting out for a while. I should have known something was wrong when I got my ordered 60 seconds after I ordered it. Wasn't satisfied with the Krystal burgers ? ? ?

Went through the drive thru. Place my order and was told to pull forward. Wait almost 15 minutes before I got my food. Then my order was not right. I ordered 6 regular krystals and they put cheese on them. I could not check and see if I got charged for them because I was never given a receipt.
