Staff was so friendly to us! We’re from Texas and we came through while seeing family! Everyone was so nice and welcoming brought us any and everything we needed❤️
Had a great meal and our waitress Jaime was fantastic. She was very helpful and had a great attitude. I will definitely ask for her again the next time we go.
Food was hot and fresh! Manager definitely knows what he's doing.

The service at Krystal is friendly and attentive, with staff repeating and verifying orders to ensure accuracy. They are willing to make special orders and take the time to prepare them carefully. The taste of the steamed onions and mustard in the Krystals is praised. However, the french fries were criticized for being thick, soggy, and undercooked. Additionally, the cover over the drive-through window is noted to be too small, offering little protection from the rain.
