we had a terrible experience tonight! this will be the 2nd one her at the Sycamore View location!!!!! We waited 15 minutes at the drive thru window. They put chili on our krystals! Our meat was DRY! When we told the manager she raised her voice & said this is what we ordered! a Hispanic lady took our order and asked us 3 times evasion we ordered! won't go back here again! Straighten this place up or CLOSE IT DOWN.
Staff was so friendly to us! We’re from Texas and we came through while seeing family! Everyone was so nice and welcoming brought us any and everything we needed❤️
The Krystals on Sycamore View has terrible service , supposedly it’s 24 hrs but never is open between 4a-530a , it’s either a computer issue or they’re not breakfast ready! Night management at one point was extremely rude, I saw one mgr. arguing with a customer it got heated and the customer threatened to slap her! I’m beyond with this Krystal’s & I will not patronize them again. Get the Dam pothole fix in front of drive thru window.
