It’s been a longtime coming in remodeling this Wendy’s. I stop going there because the building from the outside was a sore site to see. Now, I am all in at trying this new Wendy’s.

The food was fresh and didn't take long. The customer service was non existent. The restaurant was clean and I was happy to see the old fashioned original Wendy's decor inside and out.

this was downtown. When we walked in, the manager, I presume, was mopping the floor as we were walking in.. which is a hazard. and the whole time she was on her cell phone, which is rude. she didn't acknowledge us until she wanted to and then took our order she acted as if we interrupted her cell phone time (how rude of us customers). she took our order rudely and in a matter-of-fact way I'm doing you a favor way...wow! this was horrible. well, on my order, I didn't...
