I just wanted to say that Sherm, who was working the order counter at the time I arrived l does an excellent job! I had gone to this location with an free burger offer I got on Beale Street. H1e kept trying to find it but couldn't bring it up in the register. He asked me to follow him and took me to find the manager who was outside and explained the situation The manager said I was there a Beale Street so go ahead and give him his Burger. First time ever coming here. I will.have to say the staff had some incredible customer service and they were caring and communicative with everyone in the building. They all had smiles the whole time.
Food is good with a nice variety. Service is extremely slow. It's so bad that the drive-thru is a parking lot, all cars are parked and cut off. Be prepared to spend 30 to 45 minutes in line.
