I’m not ashamed to say I am a regular at this location. Every time I walk in at least two or three employees greet me by name! Erin is a complete delight and you are lucky to have her. Poised and elegant with perfect customer service. Please give her a big shout out from River and maybe a gift card, she is really a stand out employee.
I have tried on several occasions this week to speak with a manager regarding missing items. First time, left message no return call. Left a second message and I dont expect a callback. This location is not living up to the Chik Fil A standards and has only been in business 3 weeks.
