While the service is usually fast and friendly with fresh salads and perfectly grilled or fried chicken nuggets, there have been some concerns. A recent visit revealed that fries were not fresh, and service can vary, as some customers experienced slower wait times and cold food. Despite this, a pleasant interaction with a manager named Tanisha helped change a customer's mind about returning. Overall, while Chick-fil-A maintains its reputation, some improvements are needed to ensure consistent quality.
