I came on a Saturday night. Placed an order for two platters. Only received one and the wings were disgusting and half cooked. I was told to call the next day for a refund etc because the person whom was able to issue a refund was not in. I received a receipt , asked for a signature and was also advised I did not have to come in for a refund.I’ve been calling for two days. I went by on Sunday evening because it states online they are open, place was closed. I’ve been calling since opening today, no answer. I need someone to let me know a number to call. It’s not fair, to drive 20mins just to find out you all are not open!
Thank you for your response. However, there were multiple refunds needed to be given and I was told the person whom is able to issue the refund was not there and provided this receipt. How are you able to tell which refund was issued if I hadn’t been able to speak with anyone? I’m aware of the refund process but this does not ensure my refund was processed.

If you like spice this is the place for you! My husband and I stayed upstairs right next door to this place and figured we try it out because it smelled so good! I got a salad with homemade spicy ranch. Which was amazing, it even had jalapeños in it! My husband got the hakuna matata wings and we shared the truffle cheese fries! The house sauce/dip is also so good.
Later we walked home and saw they were still open, on a Sunday at that, so we stopped by and got the blueberry flavor hookah and the vibes of the place is very cool and they're always playing music .
I would recommend this place even if it's just for the food !

I think whoever is in management has a kink for hiring workers that have obviously never worked in customer service in their life. Me and my friends eat here often, but as of late, the service just keeps declining. Me and two of my friends went in Friday night, and waited a while for our food. I watched the food come out of the window and just sit on the counter for a solid 10min. There were no workers in the front to assist any customers so I walked to the back to try to get someone’s attention and the two workers were in the back just talking. When they finally came to assist, one of the workers looked at our food that was on the counter and put it away instead of bringing it to the table, which resulted in me and my friends waiting even longer for the food. I had to flag our server down again before she finally realized that it was actually our food that she put away. When my food got there, it was the wrong wing flavor (this is not the first time this has happened) and my fries weren’t with my order so I had to wait even longer for my full meal. This was frustrating to experience while I had to watch the workers twerk and dance with their friends instead of attending the customers.
Y'all had this huge grand re-opening, but customer service was obviously not on y’all’s mind during the relaunch.

Ate here for the first time big mistake. Number one, the fries were soft as jello. The wings were mediocre, over sized wings not fried hard. The sauce was not good. You will add double fries because the check out cart is confusing, do not eat here.

None of these reviews are accurate… The food was trash. It’s no ventilation. Servers about to pass out. If they could get no stars I would gladly give it to them. Real hole in the wall. Ceiling was leaking water. List goes on and on. Over priced… paid 40 bucks for 1 virgin Drink and and ice. DO not waste your time in this dump. As hot as it was the bucket of ice should’ve been free
