Went in with my kids to pick up our mobile order. It wasn't quite ready yet so my kids went to sit and wait. They asked if we could eat here instead of take it home so we picked a spot and continued to wait. Once the food was ready we got an extra drink for our wait and they brought us plates and some sauces without being asked! Everyone was super friendly and interactive with my kids! Best service I've ever had at a KFC and I for sure hope these employees stay around for a while....read full review
After church (45 minutes away), I tried to order a 12 pc meal at the drive thru and I was told they didn't have it. I asked for an 8 pc meal and was told after a brief moment that I could get that. After paying & being asked to pull forward, I had about a 10 minute wait before they brought it out to my car. I did ask how do you run out of chicken and was told they'd just had a rush on chicken & needed to drop some more.To the company & management team, your location is ideal....read full review

Desmond was fantastic. Wonderful personality. I drive here from Munford because I will not go to the Atoka Taco Bell/KFC.The food here at Millington is always great and the store is clean.
