Millington tn Kroger has Very poor customer service. Tried to return/exchange a $4 pack of bacon bits that was purchased two days ago and it was 30 days past expiration. Store manager told me I had to take it back to store I purchased 30 minutes away. Spoke with other manager and this is NOT company policy. Just poor customer service. Not the first time I’ve had problems at this location either.
I have been using Kroger, Millington pharmacy for several years. The personal have been helpful to me on several occasions. I have listed meds that cause a reaction, but recently I had one taken off because the pharmacist explained I need to take it with food, which I had never done before. I did this and didn't have any problems with this med thanks to this. The employees in the pharmacy have been of great help on other meds and any questions or concerns I have.
