Most of the employees are very rude and cut you off when you are ordering something for more than one person. They get an attitude and yell through the speakers. Quite honestly it just needs all new management and employees, minus a few. Every time i’ve ever been here it’s nothing but rude and disrespectful 99% of the time. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend.
I’m so disappointed in the way sonic is today. It’s frustrating to see that adding something as simple as whipped cream is such an inconvenience to these workers. It’s like you ask for anything and they are so quick to say no. They don’t value customers anymore. Or customer service. “We can’t put whipped cream on that item.” Well yes you can, I’m saying I’ll pay for it, so squirt some whipped cream on it. Good Lord. People are just horrible nowadays.
