The Sunset Restaurant by The Steel Coop

Prices are astronomical for the most normal sysco delivered crap, 14usd hotdog when you can get them in Byrdstown for 3 or 4 usd and tastes just as good... the lake is nice the people are nice but to take advantage of people because there is nothing else around is kind of sickening. Tourist trap!!!!

The food is great! Very friendly staff. The owners are some of the most Gracious people I've ever met. They are hands on and their customers are their top priority. A fantastic place with a large variety of hand dipped ice cream to top it off.

Great water views, awesome service and wonderful food! Service from Ali was top-notch! We really enjoyed it!

​If you’re out at Sunset Marina, you have to stop by The Steel Coop. Honestly, I’ve had my fair share of catfish, but their catfish sandwich is easily the best I’ve ever had.

​On top of the food being incredible, the service was top-tier. Dave looked after us and he was awesome—super friendly and made the whole experience even better. It’s exactly the kind of spot that makes you want to keep coming back. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I had heard about this place. The Steel Coop at Sunset Marina. It was just like I was told. Good Food and good service. I enjoyed the thin crust BBQ pizza. They have a great Burger too. Check them out sometime soon and see what happens for you.

I've actually never had a bad meal or service here. Love the nachos and burgers. The pizza is pretty good. We always get a waitress that attentive and polite even though she has a lot of tables to tend to. Wait time on food seems typical. We just enjoy the view of the lake while we wait on our food.

Get rid on the steel coop. Find someone that know how to treat employees and customers with respect.

Great restaurant and staff is incredible, the level of care and attention is out of this world. Had the cheese curds, egg rolls and a BLT with slaw, all of it was amazing. Special thank you to Dave!!!!

The marina restaurant was SO GOOD!! 🤩 great atmosphere, service was wonderful, and food was amazing!! We got the Daytona Wings with the house signature sauce and their salmon dinner with Brussels sprouts (make sure you ask for more of the balsamic vinegar sauce- tastes amazing!). Both of these menu items are fantastic options!!!
We will definitely be back!!

We ordered two pizzas. They were awful. Cardboard crust with horrible sauce. Worse pizza I have ever eaten. Will never eat here again.

Perfect ending to a great day with friends
The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. We ordered the All Meat Pizza...absolutely delicious and the side salad was so good. Shrimp with the bang bang sauce was a fun appetizer too.
