We decided to try Mi Casa for ourselves and were very pleasantly surprised. The food was great! Wife had a chicken fajita and I tried something entirely new to me called Molcajete Mi Casa. Kind of like a fajita served in a hot large pestal bowl. I got the ribeye, shrimp, and chicken. We also really liked the warm and fresh chips with salsa and the refried beans were also good. Having such a good Mexican food place locally here in Monteagle is such a blessing and a most welcome...

I would 100% go back, I’m from out of town but can safely say that. I absolutely enjoyed the heck out of this place, literally everything was good from the food to the waiters. I cannot understate how blown away I was. This goes down as one of my favorite Mexican places of all times.

We had a wonderful date night! The Queso fundido was incredible! The staff was so nice and friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect for date night. Service was fast and the food was delicious! This restaurant is a must if you’re traveling to or from sewanee.
