If I could give negative stars I would. This place forgot half our food out and not only that the woman taking my order sounded like she was a zombie. Everybody was huddle at the drive thru and making things weird. Do better

Had a French Dip meal for dinner. Ate in.
Went to get a soda (Dr Pepper) to drink from the self service machine in dining area. It was pure syrup, no carbonation. I asked the server to check and fix. Never happened the entire time I was eating. According to sales slip, Employee was : KyrleighC
I ended up selecting Sweet Tea.
The customer service was unacceptable. This falls on manager’s daily reinforcement of training and setting expectations for the absolute best customer service in every aspect of the business regardless of task, position or event during service hours.

We went through the drive through and ordered our food they got it to us pretty quick but our food was cold and looked old I took it back in to tell her it was cold and asked her to remake it so the manager had them remake it just to give us cold food that has been sitting under the warmers once again if you go to Arby’s I recommend the west end at least they make it right and don’t give you old curly fries and chicken!

We went through drive thru. Upon placing our order we asked for everything to be go hot. And fries to be fresh and hot. Upon getting to window to pick up the employee said check the fries they were cold and nasty! Neither sandwich had meat that was hot! I got a roast beef gyro the bread part was tough and hard on the edges I couldn’t even eat it! Once we got hot fresh fries mine was not even eatable tasted like it had the entire salt shaker on them! My husband got the roast beef supreme his meat was also cold. When a customer asks for fresh hot food that’s what they should get! We will not be returning to this place again. We will stick with our favorite place Pals at least everything there is fresh and hot and people are happy and serve you with a smile!!!!
