Sat in the drive thru 37 minutes for cold potato cakes and 2 nasty sandwiches they had to cook and they where cold when given to us. We had to sit and wait for them to cook them. To beat it all there was only 1 othe t car in the drive thru...

The place was empty at 7 o’clock for dinner. I went in and paid a $7.46 for a half pound roast beef sandwich when they gave it to me it was COLD, when I told them about it and they took it, they put it into a microwave and heated it up for 10 seconds. How long had that meat been sitting there under temp? The health department needs to be notified. STAY AWAY from the east side. Do yourself a favor and go to the west side and be safe.

I live across from this place. So I have given them plenty of chances to make a good impression. They have no idea how to use a double lane drive through. I’ll pull up then watch people go ahead of me because they can’t understand you do one car in one line then the next in the other line. Plus the fact that they can’t get any order correct. I’ve tried calling to complain but they won’t answer the phone. After they spilled a drink on my wife in the drive through, they had the nerve to giggle and then not replace the drink. Not to mention the missing food from the order. Place is a joke run by a manager who could care less.

A busy weekday lunch crowd was on hand but it only slowed service a little bit. Our order was fresh and correct. Always a pleasure to dine at Arby's.
They did a good job. Food was as expected and the staff was very nice. Drive through moved at a good pace.
The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very helpful.
