I would give Big Al and his crew 10 stars if I could. We hired Big Al to bring his food truck to my daughter's wedding in Cosby, TN on Sat. Feb 22. From our first interaction on the phone a month prior to a couple more calls finalizing the menu Big Al was always available. A lot of times when you talk with businesses it seems you are bothing them, but the conversations with Big Al were completely the opposite.
