Do not go inside for lunch, I had to wait for over 20 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. One girl up front and she was not efficient. I'm thinking they need to hire some help. I left, waffle House was better anyway.

Everytime I have came to this bojangles I have seen everyone of the workers just standing around or all at the table setting and when you come in the door they will start to say they need food in the front

The entire front of store is unkept. Virtually all tables dirty, trash on tables and floors, very flat unfriendly staff on 7/29/25 at 1300 hours. On arrival nobody at the counter …. I dont know who the manager is but…. he or she is not directing staff at all very poorly kept. Looking like you are going the way of KFC. Good luck

Yesterday around 1:30 pm myself and another lady tried to get waited on after waiting over 5 minutes. Finally, I went over to where an employee was working. I asked if we could get waited on. His response was: I cannot be in 2 places at the same time. Went back and we both left. They only had 2 pieces of chicken in the bin as well and I was going to ask for a 10 piece basket. Other times when I have gone there, either not enough chicken or having to wait for it to be made. The service here needs to improve a lot. Chicken should always be available.

Ordered a ham biscuit and large sweet tea. The girl said she would bring it out but never did. After 15-30 minutes I went back up front to get it and no ham biscuit. So they remade it and I asked for few fries since I had to wait so long. I usually really like this place but today these 3 gals just couldn't get with the program. I try to respect waitresses and cooks because I've been there. I apologize for the bad grades I gave y'all but y'all were very unprofessional. Please think about the next folks that come y'all way. There was also a gentleman that came in from drive-thru who had the same problem as me. We just couldn't get our food for a long time and we had to just about raise our voices. GET IT TOGETHER BOJANGLES IN MORRISTOWN TN
Ordered 8 piece family meal online supposed to be 2 breast, 2 wings, 2 legs, and 2 thighs. Got it home it was 4 thighs, 3 legs and 1 breast. The worst was the hardness of the chicken very bad. I will never eat here again. Hate to leave a 1 star on anyone but this was really bad.

Well went through the drive-thru two times this morning get a steak and egg biscuit first time the steak was hard around the edge second time same thing but this time the egg was fried brown waste of money today I do wish I could get it right sometimes people working in restaurants don't care what they serve when they themselves wouldn't eat it
