Very disappointed! I was disrespected and laughed at while placing my order. There was a young girl working the drive thru and she was rude. I was told there was a 5-10 minute wait for an item, I asked for fries and ketchup instead. She and another girl “huffed” at my request and laughed loudly in the microphone while making remarks. When I got to the window to pay she was visibly inconvenienced by my presence. Not to mention they deliberately left the ketchup out of the bag because they laughed when I asked for it. This was on 12/22/24 at 6:15pm. Do better Bojangles and its employees. I won’t be back.

Every time we get parked or are told it will be a 15-20 wait for chicken, it's never busy and it's a normal two person order. The food isn't with the wait anymore.

Night shift is terrible. Idk how many times I have came through the drive thru with nobody but myself in line. It still takes almost 15 minutes to get food with no other customers and 99 percent of the time they will leave something off ur order that u payed for. I just don't see how u can mess an order up when it's the only one u have to make. For some reason they will have u pull up and bring the food to u outside, even if nobody else is in the drive thru. Terrible service. It's been this way for months. Day shift ain't that bad

DO NOT USE CURBSIDE PICKUP, workers are lazy and let your good food get cold. I had just been standing up at work all day, so I went to Bojangles through my app on curbside pickup, which is recommended on the app and at the store. It said my order was ready when I got there, so I clicked “I’m Here” on the email the app sent me for order conformation. Instead, I was waiting in my car for 15 minutes longer than my order was completed. I went inside, confused and saw my order simply sitting on the front counter, complete. The worker told me I should have hit the button and when I said I did, she said oh it didn’t come through and they can’t see that so they didn’t know I was here, however, 2 workers on break were sitting at tables facing the door facing my car, who I saw glance at my car a couple times and the worker on drive through also glanced at my car many more times. Take note the parking spot I was in was labeled curbside pickup. I just don’t get how they couldn’t have noticed? It just came off very lazy. I recommend the Cajun chicken buscuit

Went thru drive Sunday morning. They were very short staffed. Only 2 employees working. While our wait was long the window worker was excellent. She was apologetic (not needed) & happy. Kudos to a great worker. Food was good too.

got a chicken biscuit and hash rounds and a drink! very hot and fresh! ready immediately! not too much ice! everything was perfect. workers were nice! even the cook said have a great day! best fast food visit ever.

We were there around 2:30 pm.The food was good. We just had to wait almost 30 minutes to get our food and then half of it was missing. Not sure what the problem was.

Man I visited this store 9-11-24 at 21:30. It was all young kids working in there and let me tell you they had that chicken cooked to perfection. I drove 600 miles and stopped at this bojangles and im glad I did. It's been a very long time since I stopped at a bojangles and they had the chicken cooked to perfection. Thank you young lady and young man who was working that night for making my day. It's much appreciated. Service was excellent and the place was clean which was a cherry on top.

The gentleman that took our order was so kind and patient and very helpful! His name was Brandon! However, the manager, Heather, was very hateful towards him when he got the bags mixed up and got loud with him which wasn’t a healthy work environment to allow customers to witness. Other than that very good service by Brandon!
