I’m not from here I’m from south Carolina and I’m in town for work. I went to the bar to drink and eat me and my buddy and we were both denied cause they tried to say our ids weren’t real. Cause they couldn’t see the laminated part but our ids are old and wore out. I then proceeded to give her another form of id my South Carolina conceal weapons permit which has all the same info my DL have and they still didn’t want to take it. I have never had this happen to me if I could give me negative stars I would. Our ids are real but my thing is it’s a out of state one so I don’t even know what they were talking about I told them that our ids can’t look new cause they are old and wore out but they are still good.

Was seated after 5 minutes of being ignored. There are 7 empty dirty tables. Service was slow. Food was pretty good once i got it.

My review is on the to-go orders, they're super quick, always fresh and correct! As far as when I go inside I never see anyone to greet me, and rarely see any employees. But I only go here for the to-go orders, and as far as that it's great! Thank youu!

I wish I had read the reviews before choosing this BDubs location. Each one I have read is spot on with our experience here. Horrible service, bad food, very few customers on a Friday night. Typically, no matter where we travel, we can always depend on a decent meal and service with BWW. Well, that record has been broken at this location. People were nice enough & not rude, but they were all very bad at their job. The wings, both boneless & traditional looked & tasted as if they had sat under heat lamps for most the day after being overcooked. My traditional were so bad, I actually said something. We did get a small discount, but it didn’t compensate for the bad service or the other overcooked appetizers. Not removing dirty dishes, not refilling drinks, & bad food makes for a very poor experience. We won’t be back.

Only been to this one in Morristown Tennessee 4 times and each time it just gets better in my opinion. The waitresses are very attentive to refill your glasses they're not too pushy with the menus or time for ordering, and was seated as soon as I walked in. I will continue to come back here as a regular !

I would give a zero If I could went here wendsday afternoon and got seated got our drinks no problem and then ordered our food and proceeded to wait 35 minutes to get out food when we got our food it was cold and half of our orders were not delivered at all. Absolutely terrible service from both the cooks and the servers I hope the next time I come here its better but I honestly don't know if I'll be back here

IF I COULD GIVE 0 I WOULD BEEN DOING YARD WORK DECIDED TO GO EAT LUNCH DIDN'T KNOW YOU HAD TO BE SUNDAY CHURCH DRESSED TO EAT HERE WAITRESSES WALKED PAST US NEVER SAID WE WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU NEVER SEATED STOOD 30 MINUTES I SAID EXCUSE ME TO ONE WAITRESS SHE LOOKED AT ME AND ROLLED HER EYES NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT'S WHY WE WALKED OUT AND WENT TO APPLEBEE'S WHERE WE WASN'T LOOKED AT LIKE A DISEASE NICE WORK BUFFALO WILD WINGS YOU LOST CUSTOMERS AND MONEY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MAYBE YOU OUGHT TO COME TO APPLEBEE'S AND LET THEM SHOW YOU TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE APPARENTLY YOUR EMPLOYEES DOESN'T HAVE ANY!!!!!!!

This makes the 3rd time I have ordered pick up from this location, and stood at the front kiosk for well over 10 min (while not busy) waiting for someone to acknowledge that I was there, and the second time my order was was incorrect. Hard to find good service these days.
