Ordered food with no lettuce in drive thru and when I returned home, lettuce was on my food and the bun is hard as a brick. Tried calling the Morristown, Tn store several times but the phone seems to be disconnected.
Avoid this location! They cannot read a monitor and the level of service provided is uncalled for.
Very poor customer service at drive thru. Rudeness should not be tolerated no matter how bad you need help. I see why you are hiring…. Been eating at this location for 20+ years but pretty sure I won’t be back. Black girl with braids and red mixed in was beyond rude over speaker and even worse at window. You can do way better than this Burger King

I never leave reviews,especially negative ones. However, I stopped by to get a burger really quick for lunch. Once I got through the drive through I realized my burger was wrong. (honestly, no big deal we all make mistakes) I go in to swap my burger and while waiting to be waited on I noticed a cook in the back throwing burgers together with out gloves on. (Pandemic=Awful..No Pandemic = Ew) I told the manager about the burger and the gloveless employee and she was super apologetic....read full review
