Well the portions are a lot smaller than they use to be but the price is high and the room temperature is usually cozy and you can take your coat off but they turn the AC on so food gets cold quick. It's winter time and people like to relax and be warm to eat instead of sticking your coat sleeve in your plate!!!!!!!! So up the heat and we might come bk.

It had been quite some time since I had eaten at a Captain D's. Unfortunately, I remember it being much better food than what we received this most recent time. Food was cold and bland. I ordered the baked tilapia with baked potato and broccoli. The broccoli was overcooked and soggy, the potato wasn't done, and the fish had no taste. The rice was the best part. My husband and son ordered the fish and chips basket. It tasted better than my meal, imo. The only saving grace...

My most favorite item from here are the jalapeño poppers!!? Next would be the ? and although I like the fried okra, what I don't like is when they put the okra in bowl with lid...they taste soggy from the condensation inside the lid from them being hot.
