I love cookout! There are none where i live now, so when i see one i am there! But i have only ever had one thing there, BBQ chicken sandwich. The first time I went to cookout was in NC and it was the perfect chicken sandwich! So i get it every time! The one i had today was every bit as good as the first one!

My wife and I visited there a few weeks ago and noted how nice, polite and courteous the young lady was who waited on us. I was gonna do a review after that visit but forgot. We went back again tonight and had the privilege of being served by her again. This time I knew I had to comment on her. She is a delight and so good with customers. The clerk name on the receipt is Reagan so I hope her managers and others see this so she can get praise for her good work. Also, food was excellent and plentiful. Definitely get your moneys worth here! Highly recommend!

Went through the drive through placed a large order the staff was very polite friendly and everything came out correctly,so impressed with the service we received from this location.
Ordered the double cheeseburger, the taste was very good but size wise, the hamburgers were tiny in size. Left feeling hungry.

Very hard to understand and hear the drive through speaker. Missed half our order Long line,so had to wait through it twice. Most of the food was good.

Microphone where you order has so much static they couldnāt understand. Repeated order 3 times and asked if we could just order at window they said nope. Finally got our food and of course it is wrong. The little girl at the window was not nice at all.

I'm not gonna bash them because they are good. However the amount of cheese bites I've gotten the last 3 times I've been here, is kinda lame, I was given like 5 tiny cheese bites. If they gave out cheese bites like they do the fries, I'd be happy. The double burger is good. It's funny because they put a huge slice of onion on it and I honestly wasn't offended by it at all. If that's what the person was trying to do, it didn't work, I love onion... Then the cheerwine float is just amazing.
