Trip and fell coming out of their place in Morristown broke my hand hurt the right side of my face couldn’t see out of my right eye my face was black and blue had to go to the Emergency Room And a orthopedic surgeon until my hand finally got the cast off. They will not even talk to me about paying my medical bills

I’ve been going to cook out almost every night for 3 weeks now or longer and get a cookout tray with a burger with only cheese mayo and lettuce, well last night heavenly the one who’s on my receipt made put my burger with mustard and shes been taking my order almost every night so I don’t see how I got mustard on my burger, extremely unsatisfying experience,

For fast food, the prices were incredible for the amount of food, all of which was amazing.
Three of us, all ordering different items, and none of it was sub-par. One meal that is actually filling and doesn’t taste fake as heck

Cooks out is fast and efficient. I am not sure what’s up with the speaker when you order (I just say okay and then go to the next window). The order is always right and what I ordered I just wish I could what they said back. I usually get a soft drink but occasionally I get a milk shake and they have so many options that are to die for at cookout. Come on buy and just try to create your favorite flavor.

Food was great! Small portions but enough to fill ya up. Workers were a little rude and not very helpful if you have questions. Bathrooms were very gross need a serious deep clean. Nasty. I hope the kitchen isnt as nasty as the bathrooms. But good food just dont ask questions and dont use the restrooms.
Not the same cookout as it was back in the day. They’ve not properly made a shake since I moved back to Tennessee. Got a peanut butter fudge shake, but I might as well have gotten vanilla ice cream with the lack of flavoring. Pretty much the same issue every time I come. Not worth anyone buying ice cream here if you want quality ice cream. You won’t taste any of the crazy flavors they advertise.
