Wrong shakes, no A-1 on the steakhouse style burger, 4 barely cooked fries in one of the boxes. $42 later and I am very disappointed. Won't be going back any time soon.

Good food, good prices. I don't come often because it's far, but I love it! A cook out jr tray is filling enough for an adult. I like to get a burger with cajun fries and cole slaw and put the slaw on the burger. They've got great milkshakes and they're one of the few places that have cheerwine available.

The food at Cook Out is pretty good, but their service is AWFUL. I got 3 trays and they got 2 of them wrong. On one tray, I asked for 2 chicken enchiladas and got cheddar bites. On another I asked for NO SLAW on my pork BBQ sandwich and sure enough, I got slaw on it, which completely ruins the sandwich. Worst part is that I didn't discover any of this until I got home, which was way too late. DON'T go through the drive-through. They couldn't care less if they get your order right. If you're going to eat at Cook Out, dine in so that they're accountable for getting your order right.

Thought all these were the same. This one had regular bbq sauce, the one in Fayetteville Nc uses Texas Pete which I like better.

Love coming here often, but the fries have gone downhill in quality recently. They used to have nice crinkle cut ones, but now I always seem to get ones that taste like undercooked Burger King fries, very unfortunate.

This Cook Out usually has great food, friendly service and fast. But the other day i went and their was a gentlemen prepping the food trays with aluminum foil and he wasn't wearing gloves!! Yikes!!! Please make sure everone handling food or trays our food come in, wears gloves!! Super important with the germs we have to worry about today!!

The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean. The service was friendly. The burger was so fresh that I had to take the bun off to let it cool before I could eat it. The hush puppies were fresh out of the frier, too hot to touch :) The only criticism I would give is presentation. I understand the poor staff in the kitchen were slammed, and even though the burger tasted great, it looked horrible it was all smashed together and sloppy.
