I mentioned to the person I have never ordered here before first time at cook out .. he was not too helpful with the complicated menu… once at the register the girl taking my payment did so including handing me the food while talking to her coworker no thanks or have a good day just poor poor customer service… I know is fast food but I bet management have a higher standard of service for their employees to be offering… food was ok

The person taking orders and at the window was a bit rude, and very slow about getting our payment and food order out. The restaurant wasn't busy like it usually is around that time. The chicken sandwich was terrible, and what little bit of ranch that was on it tasted spoiled. Our last 3 times there the food quality and quantity has went down hill fast. I know every business/restaurant has a bad day occasionally but 3 times in a short time frame is unacceptable for me even if it is "fast food". That will be my last visit to this particular Cookout

I think that the staff could use a refresher course on how to take and fulfill an order. I had to go inside after leaving the drive through to ask for them to complete the missing items off my order. While standing at the counter asking for my items, three other people came up to do the same. The manager was on point and was very professional and accommodating. The problem I have with that is that she shouldnt have to be responding to these issues in the first place. The staff should be trained to listen to what is being ordered, repeat the order and wait for confirmation. Then, while completing the order, the staff should double check to make sure everything is in the bag or on the tray. I was very happy with the food, as always. I just would like to see some service. Make it happen people! Thank you.
