Not timely, not friendly and definitely not presentable for staff to wear pants sagging under their bottom with boxers hanging out. Waited to order for over 6 minutes then waited another 10 at the window for a hot chocolate and iced coffee. No one in front of me in line and staff did not look professional nor clean. Last visit for me.

I only go to this location because it’s super close to my work and 7 Brew doesn’t offer food/ Dutch Bros food is verrrrry limited. Every time I come here, I wait 10 mins+ in the drive through to pay and get my food. Even when I order ahead through the mobile app, I still wait over 10 mins and the drive through/inside will be empty. I 98% of the time get hashbrowns (sometimes loaded) which are usually undercooked/soggy. I always have to check my bag before pulling away to only end up asking for a fork (loaded hashbrowns) and napkins which is ridiculous. I’ve always just assumed they were understaffed and maybe disorganized some but lately it’s gotten bad. The other locations in Morristown and in Jeff City are so much better in my opinion. Guess I’ll have to start changing up my routine and go elsewhere ˙◠˙

I get a monthly credit on my card for Dunkin Donuts so I order from here A LOT. My go-to sandwich is the avocado toast which they do fine, and I have about 3 drinks that I love. Once they let me try a drink I was curious about, and they said if I didn't like it, they would make me another. No issues with the staff -- they have been friendly. And fast enough.

Today the girl taking orders got my order wrong I corrected her before driving around. When I got my coffee it was still wrong so I let her know, she then offered to give me a cup of French vanilla to add to my coffee myself. I told her no I’d like for her to add it so it could be stirred up and she told me she couldn’t take it back so I said she could make a new one! She got mad and had the guy added to my already made coffee which is fine however it don’t taste the way it’s supposed to. It was her fault it was wrong after me telling her not one but twice. I’ve never had a problem with any location not wanting to fix something until today! I get everyone makes mistakes but don’t be rude to a customer over your mistake! Do better!

Coffee and hash browns were good. Staff was friendly, however the male employee who cooked my hash browns touched them with his bare unwashed hands after he got them out of the oven. They should use something to pick them up with besides their hands.....
