I pick up orders for DoorDash at this location and I am telling everyone DO NOT EAT HERE! I watched a guy making the sandwich I was picking up for a customer EATING while he was preparing the food and RUBBING HIS SNOT NOSE!! That is how people get sick and it’s so disgusting ?

Sat at the speaker at the drive thru for 5 minutes waiting to order. Nobody said anything so I drove up to the window and sat there for 7 minutes without anybody ever acknowledging I was there. Ending up just pulling away and going to the east end dunkin. Very very poor customer service!

The store was almost empty, there was another customer and myself and the tables that were empty were dirty. The floor could have used a once over. The staff was friendly enough but they didn't have the main donuts I had stopped in for, the powdered white cream filled, well she told me they were out but they had one left. I wasn't very happy. I asked her when they'd have more, she said tomorrow morning. Mind you it was only 2 pm so the most most popular donut they sell is out and it's not even halfway through the day. Not only that, it's the pumpkin season and I was trying to order my daughter a couple, maybe 3 pumpkin donuts to surprise her with but once again they only had one. NOT COOL DUNKIN DONUTS, that was simply not cool. I also tried to get a few white powdered chocolate filled donuts... NOPE, they only have them at certain times of the year now. Still, I love donuts and I planned to make the best of the situation and take home a mixed dozen fresh yummy donuts to my family ...... WRONG again, the donuts were hard and kinda stale tasting. So I'm pretty pissed. That was over $14 down the drain. I ate the only white cream filled, it was hard and wasn't fresh tasting by a long shot. I tried a bite of 3 more but they weren't fresh or soft either, I ate only 1 bite of all 3 because they weren't fresh. I don't know what happened to Dunkin donuts but I promise I'll not be back at the Dunkin donut store in Morristown, Tennessee. Maybe I'll just go to Krispy Kreme where I'm rarely if ever disappointed with those donuts ?

I had the worst experience at this Dunkin, in which the other Dunkin fixed. There was only 3 people working I understand staffing is hard and I’m not even complaining about the wait time I had (20mins for munchkins and a iced coffee) first they didn’t even have bacon for the breakfast sandwich I wanted so I just asked for some donut holes and they gave me the wrong ones, and then my coffee I asked for was completely wrongly made, they ran out of coffee as well. I’m not one to complain bc I understand working with the public and understaffing can be difficult which Is why I’m not even complaining about my wait time , I get it. And even the people that ordered their food after me, got there’s first. It’s the fact that what I did order was wrong and my cup wasn’t even fully filled up. So I drove to the other Dunkin and they helped me out so much!!

06/02/23. Apparently if you are in drive thru you are priority. As a walk in guest.. forget it. No acknowledgment, employees rushing by, never a look or be with you in a moment. Five plus minutes standing in line and no one else in front of me. Very basic retail skills lacking. Have been to this location before, thought we would try it again. Looks like no management direction involved.

They always get the order wrong and they're incredibly rude. I don't know how management can let them get away with that unless that's the example they set themselves, but I got so upset with the person in the Drive-Thru today, I could have rung her neck. Just deplorable!
