Hardee's is a convenient restaurant located near shopping areas and the Great Smoky Mountains, with available parking and walking distance to the mall. The food is delicious and bomb, including the Candied Frisco Burger and real Mexican food. The order taker was very pleasant and service was fast, with good management ensuring customers are served in a timely manner. However, service can be inconsistent and seriously lacking, with staff that may seem rushed or exceptionally rude. Orders may not always be fulfilled correctly and condiments may be missing. Despite this, the restaurant's location and tasty hot meals make it a worthwhile stop.
