Worse customer service ever they are way too slow they got everyone else besides me and my friends we should not have to be waiting all most an hours for pancakes 1/10 don’t recommend

The SLOWEST service I've EVER received. My partner and I were waiting at the reception desk at LEAST ten minutes before somebody came to seat us. Mind you, I had made eye contact with 2 different servers a couple of different times each. They were just standing on their phone. When we did get seated, the menus got thrown on the table. After an additional FIFTEEN minutes of waiting with no acknowledgement by any server, we got up and left. Tell me how there's only 3 tables, and we had no drink order after being in those doors for almost 30 minutes? The people that had walked in right behind us were also leaving when we were. We luckily had an amazing meal else where by people who actually CARE about a customer base. This is my third time trying this place. This is the third awful experience I've had, and they've only gotten worse. I hope for the day we get something more useful in that building 🤞🏻

Our server acted like she hated her job . Took forever to take order and come to the table when she would be sitting at a table playing on her phone . The food took 45 mins to come out and was cold , then the ticket wasn’t right . Over all will not be back .and still don’t understand after taking off the kids meals cause they are having a special with each adult a free kids meal it was $50 . There was about three tables that had people . No excuse at all . And server when she finally came to the table was so rude and had an attitude.

I have ALWAYS tipped anywhere I go until today. I understand you only have one server, but with only 4 tables its manageable. I've been a server I get you have off days but to not bring things to the table customers have asked for and to act like you didnt even want to be there is another. We waited for a bit to be seated, waited for over 5 minutes to be able to pay for the check because she was nowhere to be found. After she finally came to let us pay she had an attitude. My husband had the tip in hand even with our experience but once the attitude showed up it went back into his pocket. Its not woth $86 to eat there.

Food is decent but somehow wound up spending 84 bucks on 2 adult breakfasts and one kids breakfast. Next time we will just go to the steakhouse.

Ihop is the international house of pancakes so I would recommend probably getting just that. The service is friendly and compassionate. The coffee is very black (they also have cream). Please, please don’t get me started on the bacon. The only thing that I might suggest over these would be the biscuits and gravy!

This is one of my wife's favorite breakfast stops. Pancakes are the specialty, but their omelets are stuffed to the point of explosion. Very filling.
We got sick. The next day I threw up what looked like strings of hashbrown.

Visited the local IHOP recently, and it was a lot better than I remembered. I had only eaten at IHOP a couple of times in the past, because breakfast food isn't really my thing. But I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was this time. I had the waffle combo with strawberry cheesecake waffles, cheesy eggs, bacon, and hash browns. I'm a small woman, I barely put a dent in all that food. But what I did eat was delicious. The strawberry cheesecake waffle was absolutely to die for! Our server was kind and efficient. We didn't have to wait for a table and our food arrived fairly quick. However, my bill alone was over $20, and that's not even including a tip. By the time all was said and done, i spent $30 on brunch. Bit pricey, imo. But honestly, I'd pay it again just for the waffle. It was SO yummy!

There was 2 of us here at IHOP, and we asked for hazelnut creamer 4 times after the fourth time she finally brought it to us I understand there was only one server but we were the first os I remind not coming when they open first in the morning, we have came and 8am.and service is good
