Was great experience here and very nice people that work here . Ordered chicken pot pie meal and original chicken sandwich meal everything was fresh and hot and got what we had ordered. We sat in and enjoyed ourselves. returning soon thank you.

Parking: Free parking for customers only and also few Handicap spots available.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not acceptable for wheelchair. You have to have someone to help open the door for them .

I love their crispy chicken livers but like so many places their employees are not the best. However, they have recently improved what was a dip in food quality a few months ago (spring 2017) and their food is back to good quality. One of the best places for good food and good value.

I came here a couple weeks ago, since it’s closer home and the food was great. We came here today and the chicken wasn’t very good, no sauces that we ordered, and sides were smaller. I will be driving a little longer and go to my usual KFC is Tazewell.
